How We Solved It:
Weight Loss Injection Experts was having a challenge bringing high intent leads to their website. Their media ad content was not driving high converting leads through their sales funnels and cost per lead was high.
We first addressed some issues we saw through their target audience. Through detailed analytics we discovered we needed to modify who their Ideal Customer Avatar was to ensure that we could target the most relevant audience through their ad campaigns. Once we had this information, we were able to customize their content messaging to the right target audience. We built 2 different high converting lead magnets to attract and funnel high intent leads to their website. We then tested multiple ad creatives through A\B testing to ensure relevant and high click through rate (CTR) in addition to which ad creatives yielded the lowest cost per click (CPC).
The Result:
As a result, we were able to lower the average cost per click to $.30, and in addition raise their click through rate to over 7%. With some additional help through some clever email marketing campaigns, helping with some customer sales techniques when they visited and followed up with leads, and retargeting campaigns, we were able to also increase their customer conversion rate to 10%. 1 out of every 10 leads purchased their services. This led to a 50% increase of monthly sales revenue and lowered their cost per lead (CPL) by 30%.
